Want to spend more time in your child's school? We have tons of opportunities to volunteer! Want to be a part of an event but can't be there in person? Use our signups to donate supplies. Can't donate supplies this time? Simply asking your student to tell you about the event that day is supporting the PTA and demonstrates to your child that you are connected to their school!

It Takes A Village!

Tap into a network of parents and caregivers in the community to share ideas, ask questions and support each other. Which classroom app do you use for which assignment? When is that field trip? Did the teacher ask for tissues or wetwipes?

Do you have a student entering kindergarten or who is new to Stough? Do you have ideas about ways we can better serve our school and its students? We are here to help each other and we need your voice!

Set an Example for Your Student!

Our philosophy is that we can do more when we do it together. When you join the PTA YOU help provide support and resources to our school. We love our volunteers and couldn't serve without them but we also believe that simply talking with your student about what is going on in their school is supporting the PTA. When your child talks about the musician who performed at the cultural arts assembly that month or the character trait featured in Principal Lay's weekly message you can tell them that as a member of the PTA YOU helped make that happen! Our efforts large and small are an extension of ALL of our members. When your child sees you invest in their education, whether by your time, your donations or through your conversations, your child will be more likely to invest in themselves.
